Neunen was founded in Thessaloniki in January 2020 by Dimitrios Nikolaidis and Vasilis Tsiavos both having more than 20 years of experience in large international IT projects for multi-billion companies. We help medium to large enterprises to establish IT processes, develop software and automate their business processes.
Neunen provides a complete outsourcing solution for Software Development, Testing and Project Management. Neunen operates from its newly renovated offices in the center of Thessaloniki, Greece, the new rapidly evolving IT hub in the heart of Europe!

Dimitrios Nikolaidis
Managing Partner
Dimitrios is an IT Consultant with main focus on QA Management, Technical Operations, Release Management and Project Management with more than 20 years of experience in consulting and software testing. He holds a diploma in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany (“Diplom der Informatik”) and was involved in various projects in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Greece.
Software QA is his passion – being also ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) + having the extension “Agile Tester” (CTFL-AT) – that’s why he has a special eye for keeping QA processes throughout the software development life cycle in order to deliver high quality software that rocks. He has always in mind to achieve sustainably high availability of information systems throughout their development in agile frameworks and their complete life cycle.
He is familiar with operational processes and tools that facilitate a 24/7 monitoring and operation of IT systems as well as crisis management and disaster recovery.
Throughout big projects, he is also keen in addressing business needs within various technical teams and always enjoys working with international scrum teams, onsite as well as distributed. Moreover, Dimitrios is certified in Agile Methodologies as Scrum Master (PSM) and Product Owner (PSPO) by scrum.org.
Dimitrios speaks fluently Greek and German, very good English and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
He is married, has one daughter and one son and lives in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Vasilis Tsiavos
Managing Partner
Vasilis is in the IT business for over 20 years as Consultant, Project Manager, Developer and QA Specialist. In that time he has supported multiple international large enterprises to archive their digital transformation goals.
He hold a Masters Degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a second Masters Degree in Information Systems (MIS) with a thesis on the internationalization strategy of online shops.
Moreover, Vasilis is certified in Agile Methodologies as Product Owner (PSPO I) and Scrum Master (PSM) by scrum.org, in Software Testing as Software Tester Foundation (CTFL) and in Agile Software Testing (CTFL-AT) by ISTQB and as Google Adwords and Google Analytics Professional
He speaks fluently Greek, German (he grew up in Germany) and very good English and lives in Thessaloniki, Greece
